现担任中国机械工程学会设备智慧运维分会第十届常务委员、深圳市事业机关单位第一批劳模与工匠人才创新工作室(赛车工作室)负责人、深圳技术大学第二届教学质量督导团成员。主要研究方向为智能汽车技术、车辆理论与技术、机械摩擦学与优化设计。主持完成和在研科研项目10余项,已公开发表学术论文140余篇,以第一申请人获授权发明专利7项。曾荣获国家科技进步二等奖1次、国防科技进步一等奖3次。荣获北京市教育教学成果二等奖1次,荣获深圳技术大学2019年度优秀教师和2021年度优秀教师晶体奖。作为赛车工作室负责人,带领学生荣获大学生学科竞赛国赛一、二、三等奖多次。
