个人简介
牛惠民,男,教授,1999年毕业于北京交通大学,获交通运输规划与管理博士学位,2000.4-2000.10和2001.10-2002.4在香港理工大学土木系、2004.7-2005.7在加拿大蒙特利尔大学交通研究中心做访问学者;国家教学成果二等奖第一完成人,国家精品课程和国家一流专业负责人,中国大学交通运输工程学科高贡献学者;期刊“Urban Rail Transit、交通运输系统工程与信息”编委;以第一或通讯作者在国际交通类顶级期刊Transportation Research Part B/C/D、IEEE-ITS,以及中国科学、铁道学报、交通运输工程学报、系统工程学报等期刊上发表论文150多篇,主持完成国家自然科学基金4项,出版教材专著4部,指导2名学生获甘肃省优秀博士学位论文;在面向需求列车时刻表优化方面取得了基础性研究成果,其中2篇论文Google引用超500次(代表性论文1和2);国家自然科学奖/科技进步奖/教学成果奖、国家重点研发项目、国家自然科学基金和多个交通SCI期刊评审专家;研究领域:轨道交通建模与优化、城市交通规划与管理、运筹学在交通运输中应用。
