On September 23rd, Shenzhen Technology University officially kicked off its 2019 International Week. Professors and scholars from universities in Germany and Switzerland, as well as international students from Germany, visited Shenzhen Technology University for various exchanges with the faculty and students. The students of the School of Urban Transportation and Logistics didn't miss this rare opportunity. Throughout the week, they eagerly welcomed friends from afar and engaged in diverse international courses and participated in a variety of colorful activities.
The International Week featured international courses taught by overseas professors, the Freshman Banquet for the Class of 2019, Bavarian Night, and the 2019 Welcome Party. The international courses broadened the students' international perspectives, allowing them to learn different ways of thinking from abroad and enhancing their listening and speaking skills.
The Freshman Banquet provided a unique experience for newly enrolled students, allowing them to learn Western etiquette and acquire knowledge beyond the classroom through conversations with foreign guests and teachers.
Bavarian Night immersed students in German culture and atmosphere amidst their busy academic lives, providing them with a taste of international campus culture through German cuisine.
Simultaneously, the long-awaited Welcome Party for the Class of 2019 arrived as scheduled, with senior students delivering an enthusiastic performance on stage to warmly welcome their junior peers.
